What time is Check In & Check Out?
For all our holiday cottages we ask our guests to check in after 3 pm on the day of arrival and check out before 10.30 am on departure. If our guests would like to check out slightly later this would be subject to availability and be chargeable.
Is there wifi included?
Wifi is complementary for all our cottages and it is free to use. Each cottage has a different wifi password and this will be found in the holiday booklet. Please be aware we are in the countryside therefore even though we have used BT fibre the connection may not be as quick as home.
How about parking?
There is plenty of car parking facilities on site with each cottage being able to park up to a maximum of two vehicles. We have ensured there is CCTV monitoring within the complex too.
Do you provide bed linens & towels?
Yes we provide each guest with both a bath robe and a hand towel. All bed linen is included too. Any spillages and stains on sheets will be chargable and deducted from the initial deposit.
Are cots and high chairs provided?
We do have these subject to availability, we ask our guests to inform us before their arrival to arrange this. You are also more than welcome to bring your own.
Can I order a delivery to my holiday home?
Yes deliveries can be sent, each cottage has its own number and delivery address which can be found in the holiday booklet. We do not hold any responsibility for lost parcels.
How should we leave the cottage when we leave?
We just ask our guests to leave the cottage as you saw it on check in. All cleaning equipment can be found in the utility. Please ensure all bins are emptied too.
I have left something behind can I get it back?
Once you have checked out the cottage will be cleaned thoroughly and any items left will be put into our lost property cupboard for a further two weeks. You are more than welcome to come collect the items or we can arrange for this to be posted out to you - we just charge a £5 fee for this.
Are there any restrictions ?
Our cottages are non smoking and we do not allow pets. We ask our guests that do wish to smoke to head outside and use the ash tray provided. This will also help us protect our lovely wildlife.
